Adaim “Addie” Ochoa is the founder of E & Co Inclusive Pathways Consulting, where she provides Independent Facilitation, Person-Centered Plans, and advocacy services for families navigating California’s Self-Determination Program. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and is committed to providing accessible, individualized, and culturally responsive support to families from diverse backgrounds.

She earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California, completing advanced training in sensory integration, family-centered care, and complex needs support. As both a clinician and a support-needs parent, Addie brings a uniquely comprehensive understanding of how systems impact families and how to bridge the gaps.

Her work is grounded in neurodiversity-affirming practice, cultural humility, and a commitment to empowering families through education, transparency, and collaboration. Addie is passionate about building equitable pathways to services and ensuring that every client’s voice, culture, and autonomy lead the process.
