Adaim “Addie” Ochoa is the founder of E & Co Inclusive Pathways Consulting, where she provides Independent Facilitation, Person-Centered Plans, and advocacy services for families navigating California’s Self-Determination Program and special education systems.

She earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California, completing advanced training in sensory integration, family-centered care, and complex needs support. As both a clinician and a support-needs parent, Addie brings a uniquely comprehensive understanding of how systems impact families and how to bridge the gaps.

Her work is grounded in neurodiversity-affirming practice, cultural humility, and a commitment to empowering families through education, transparency, and collaboration. Addie is passionate about building equitable pathways to services and ensuring that every client’s voice, culture, and autonomy lead the process.
